School Wellbeing & Behaviour Support Services

What we Do

We partner with Schools to Strengthen Student Wellbeing

At KindMinds, we believe wellbeing is the foundation of learning.

When students feel supported, safe, and emotionally regulated, research shows they are better positioned for academic and educational success, as well as positive personal outcomes.

That’s where wellbeing practitioners come in.

Through hands-on, evidence-based support, wellbeing practitioners help students navigate challenges, regulate behaviour, and build resilience within your school’s tiered wellbeing framework. We provide one-on-one support, targeted small groups, staff consultation, and behaviour planning tailored to your school’s needs.

Our vision is to make student wellbeing accessible, affordable, comprehensive, and holistic by embedding skilled wellbeing practitioners directly within school communities.

By intervening early and strengthening both student and staff capacity, we help improve engagement, attendance, and learning outcomes.

Together, we help schools foster thriving communities where wellbeing and learning go hand in hand, empowering every student to achieve their full potential.

Wellbeing Services & Programs

At Kind Minds Wellbeing, we help schools address the growing wellbeing gap by bringing evidence-informed support directly into their community. We understand that student needs are increasing, resources are stretched, and staff are carrying significant responsibility. Our goal is to provide meaningful, sustainable, and financially viable support that strengthens schools from within.

Our mission is simple: strong wellbeing is the foundation of learning. When students are supported to thrive emotionally and mentally, it is reflected both personally and academically.

We offer two streams of support:

External Wellbeing Officer Programs and Services

KindMinds Wellbeing provides external school wellbeing support, placing a dedicated wellbeing officer onsite to strengthen your team, enhance existing practices, and provide flexible, practical support, all without adding administrative or financial strain.

Our services are designed for schools seeking extra support with students experiencing challenges in emotional regulation, engagement, attendance, or transitions, delivering early intervention where needed, and helping schools strengthen wellbeing initiatives.

School Wellbeing Workshops

At Kind Minds, we believe that understanding your brain and body is the foundation of wellbeing, and that wellbeing is the foundation of learning. When students are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and skills to care for themselves, we see real improvements in focus, engagement, and confidence.

Our programs show students how their brain, body, and daily habits are all connected, with a strong focus on the four pillars of wellbeing: nutrition, sleep, movement, and relationships. Students don’t just learn what these pillars are — they discover how every choice they make shapes their thoughts, emotions, behaviour, and learning.

All Kind Minds programs are interactive, practical, and evidence-informed. They’re designed with both psychological science and classroom realities in mind, so every session is engaging, age-appropriate, and directly relevant to students’ lives.

We offer two complementary streams to meet different needs and learning goals. Programs can be purchased individually, as or as a part of the streams series:

Our Tiered Wellbeing Model

KindMinds Wellbeing delivers support through a tiered wellbeing and behaviour model (Tiers 1–3), aligned with Victorian school frameworks.

Our programs aim to strengthen attendance, engagement, enjoyment, and learning outcomes across the whole school community.

Tiers represent levels of support, not student categories. Students may access supports across multiple tiers as needed, allowing wellbeing support to remain flexible, inclusive, and responsive over time.
