KindMinds Wellbeing and Behaviour Support Services

Private Wellbeing Services
Our
Mission

KindMinds was founded from a deep passion for supporting children and families through a whole-person approach to wellbeing. We believe meaningful change comes from understanding the full picture, not just behaviour or symptoms in isolation, but the complex interaction between brain, body, and environment.

Our mission is to deliver compassionate, evidence-informed care grounded in psychological science and neurodevelopmental understanding. Through this holistic lens, we support emotional regulation, positive behaviour, and long-term wellbeing.

What sets KindMinds apart is our commitment to tailoring support to the individual, not offering standardised programs, but meeting families where they are with flexible, accessible, and genuinely human care. We aim to empower children and their caregivers with the tools, insight, and confidence to grow, connect, and thrive.

Services
KindMinds provides practical, psychology-informed support designed for real life. Our services include one-on-one wellbeing sessions, behaviour support, therapeutic support work, and holistic wellbeing planning that integrates the brain, body, and environment to foster meaningful change.
Every aspect of our work is grounded in developmental science and delivered with compassion, flexibility, and professionalism, because effective care should be both evidence-based and deeply individualised.
The NeuroNurture Wellbeing Program
An evidence-based wellbeing program helping individuals address the root causes of symptoms by strengthening the daily foundations that support nervous system regulation and overall wellbeing.
About our Program
The NeuroNurture Wellbeing Program was developed to address challenges faced by neurodiverse or nervous system sensitive individuals who are seeking either an alternative route of support or complementary guidance alongside clinical care. The program focuses on the symptoms participants are experiencing by targeting the most influential pillars of wellbeing, which research shows directly affect physical and psychological health.

While genetics play a role in how these challenges appear, lifestyle and environment have a powerful influence on nervous system function and overall wellbeing. By building consistent, practical daily habits around these pillars, participants can naturally support energy, focus, emotional regulation, and overall daily functioning.

Whether used alongside professional care or as a standalone service, we work with individuals and families to explore challenges and develop practical, evidence-informed strategies that support calm, energy, focus, and balance every day.

Who is this Program For?
The NeuroNurture Wellbeing Program is designed for individuals, families, and professionals seeking practical, evidence-informed support for nervous system and wellbeing challenges. It is ideal for:

Where We Focus Our Support
The NeuroNurture Wellbeing Program provides structured, evidence-informed support in areas that influence nervous system regulation, daily functioning, and overall wellbeing, helping participants strengthen physiological and psychological outcomes. Areas of focus include:

Nervous System Regulation: Learn practical strategies to manage stress, overstimulation, and reactivity. We guide participants through techniques to calm the nervous system, build resilience to daily stressors, and support natural energy balance.

Emotional Literacy & Regulation: Participants develop tools to recognize, understand, and express emotions effectively. We focus on strategies to manage emotional ups and downs, improve self-awareness, and strengthen coping skills.
Lifestyle & Daily Habits: We help participants create routines around sleep, nutrition, movement, and social connection. These habits are tailored to support both physical and psychological wellbeing and to promote long-term nervous system balance.
Family & School Support: Guidance for parents and children navigating challenges at home and in school. We help families implement strategies that support learning, behaviour, and emotional regulation, making daily life smoother and more balanced.
Behaviour and Executive Functioning Support Services
At KindMinds, we help children understand their behaviour, develop regulation skills, and give families practical strategies they can use every day.
Our approach focuses on the four pillars of wellbeing, supporting children and families in building strong, manageable outcomes
Here’s how behaviour support works when you partner with us.

1
Observation & Understanding
We begin by gathering a full picture of the behaviour in context, not just what’s happening, but why. This includes observations, input from parents, carers, or educators, and looking at environmental and emotional factors.
ðŸ§
Rooted in the belief that all behaviour is communication, we aim to understand the underlying needs, triggers, and patterns through a developmental and neuropsychological lens.
2
Behaviour Support Consult
Using insights from Step 1, we collaboratively develop a behaviour-informed support framework that helps make sense of behaviour within the individual’s everyday contexts. This framework is guided by the person’s unique experiences, needs, and circumstances, and aligned with the four pillars of wellbeing.
👪
We work alongside caregivers, educators, and support teams to ensure strategies are practical, sustainable, and supportive of regulation, participation, and connection
3
Ongoing Support & Adaptation
Behaviour support isn’t one-size-fits-all, and it doesn’t end with a plan. This step offers ongoing guidance to put strategies into practice, reflect on what’s working, and make adjustments as things change.
🔄
Through regular check-ins and collaboration, we track progress, explore challenges, and adapt the plan in response to the child’s development or shifting circumstances. This ensures the support stays flexible, practical, and grounded in everyday life, not just theory.
